Damn it's early but rise and shine. I awake with a new purpose and that's to get some dang coffee! Hahaha
I'm hungry so a small fruit bowl made of Apples and Oranges will do, for now.
Then my OatBran with some honey and maybe a handful of walnuts. Yum.
I usually have it with peanut butter which is just as yummy.
I am learning how to do different things with it like adding Vanilla, Cinnamon and milk. It's very healthy and high in fiber. I use 1/3 cup of oatbran and twice as much liquid.
