
I have the hardest time getting to sleep. When I do go to sleep it's either because I drank a few glasses of wine (this ones my favorite) or I do nothing and it's crack-o-dawn in the morning before my eyes close or I have to take a sleeping pill.
I blame military life. I grew up with a parent in the military. Then I joined up and my sleep pattern got even more messed up. Then I blame my children. YES I said my kids. Infants allow for a jacked up sleeping pattern too. Who else can I blame????? Oh I know my hubby and his SNORING! Lawd I HAVE to be knocked the hell out in order to get some sleep. I have tried everything over the counter to make it stop but nothing works. I'm all for lobbing it off! Funny thing ... he doesn't agree. So we are at a stalemate.
What do you do to get to sleep? How do you stop the snoring?
